Bond platform
Bondfish
We worked on Bondfish’s AI visibility. Platform users arriving through AI search have grown considerably - AI now accounts for a quarter of everything coming in.
Globalista builds automated, maintainable marketing systems for your business - from outreach, SEO and AI visibility to content and CRM integrations.
The time for smart, automated marketing systems has arrived.
We build the workflows most businesses still hand to their staff, instead of letting those people focus on work that actually matters.
With AI where it is today, you don’t need a bigger team to market well. You need the right systems - software doing the repetitive work, humans owning strategy and judgement.
We worked on Bondfish’s AI visibility. Platform users arriving through AI search have grown considerably - AI now accounts for a quarter of everything coming in.
Cold outreach automation and AI visibility, run together. Inbound leads grew 30%, and ChatGPT is now their second-biggest source of organic traffic.
Invisible in AI search at the start. Clear expert positioning, rewritten content and an active PR presence in the local media gave the clinic full coverage on its key patient questions.
A suite of automations across their CRM and social accounts, plus training so the team runs the AI tools themselves rather than waiting on us.
CRM automation, plus a single space to orchestrate all marketing campaigns and see every incoming lead together instead of scattered across channels.
The same build for a trades business: CRM automation and one space where campaigns and incoming enquiries are managed together.

We handed our entire marketing operation to Globalista and needed everything built from scratch. What came back largely runs on its own - content, outreach, our CRM and the follow-ups behind it. As the person signing the invoices, I can’t imagine another agency delivering this much for the money.

Anatoly’s approach was exactly what our startup needed early on. We didn’t get one-off tasks - we got systems. Agents that find potential partners and open the conversation, technical SEO watched continuously instead of audited once a quarter, and journalists genuinely interested in our expertise. Our domain rating grew steadily, and the foundation is still there.

They built us a consistent presence in AI search, then automated the outreach behind it. Agents research every prospect and every potential partner before we make contact - so new leads arrive already knowing who we are.

We worked with Globalista for six months. They rewrote our website content and created new pages built around how AI assistants actually read and cite information. Alongside that, they placed articles in trusted local media, which built our authority in the eyes of AI. Patients now find us through AI search before they ever reach Google.

| The work | Typical marketing agency | In-house team | Globalista |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cold outreach | Templates at volume - increasingly AI slop | Manual research, one lead at a time | ✓Agents detect the buying signal, then research and personalise every prospect |
| Partner prospecting | Rarely offered at all | Neglected, or done in bursts when someone remembers | ✓A consistent backbone - agents search, qualify and open the conversation |
| SEO | Part of the job, sold on a long retainer | Rarely current on GEO and AEO, so returns keep sliding | ✓Built for AI-led search - SEO plus digital PR across international and regional media and review platforms |
| Content | AI slop with the trace still showing | Bottlenecked on one writer, same AI trace | ✓Agentic subject expertise plus your own voice - written to sit in the top 1% of your category |
| AI integration | Rarely attempted | Depends on whether anyone has the skill | ✓The backbone of the work - we are a technical agency, with engineers and marketers in the same team |
| What you keep | The workflow stays on their side, by design | One person’s knowledge, and it leaves when they do | ✓We deploy it and teach your team to run it - the ownership is yours |
| Commitment | Keeping you on the same workflow for as long as possible | Permanent headcount | ✓Built so you can run it yourself - staying with us afterwards is optional |
Three things. First, how the work is done: agents detect buying signals and research every prospect, SEO is monitored continuously rather than audited once a quarter, and content carries your expertise instead of an AI trace. Second, who does it: we’re a technical agency with engineers and marketers in the same team, so automation is the backbone rather than something outsourced or skipped. Third, where it ends up: an agency has every reason to keep the workflow on its own side, while we deploy it, document it and train your team - the ownership is yours.
Most agencies aren’t AI-native. Where they do use it, they often use it in ways that work against the marketing - the AI slop filling LinkedIn and every other professional platform is the obvious example. Volume went up; credibility went down.
We come at it from software. Our team includes engineers who previously worked at companies like Meta and Expedia, with deep experience in product-led engineering. That means agents that research every prospect before writing, technical SEO monitored daily, and leads routed through your CRM without anyone touching them - we write the agents rather than subscribe to them.
No. We build it, document it, and train whoever will use it. If you do have a technical or marketing team, we work alongside them.
Then we do. We work both ways: as an implementation partner who builds the automation, hands it over and steps back, and as a full marketing agency on a long-term retainer, running and improving the engine alongside your team. Most clients start with a build and decide afterwards. Either way the system is documented and yours from day one.
n8n and Make for automation, Claude Code and Codex for the custom agents we write. Beyond that there is no fixed list - we work with whatever your stack already runs on, and where something doesn’t exist off the shelf, we build it.
We start by measuring. We run the questions your customers actually ask across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, and record who gets named and which sources those answers cite. That gives us a baseline and a target list.
Then both halves. On your site: technical SEO and content structured so AI can read, quote and cite it. Off your site: the places those answers come from - editorial coverage, industry publications, review platforms, Reddit and YouTube. We re-measure every month, so effort moves to whatever is actually shifting your position. 300+ placements across 60+ outlets so far.
It depends entirely on scope. Our projects have run from a single week to a few months. A focused build - one outreach workflow, one reporting pipeline - is usually days to a couple of weeks. A full engine across CRM, outreach, content and reporting takes longer, and depends on how many systems you already have and what state they’re in. We scope it before you sign, not after.
It depends on scope - how much of the engine you want built, and whether you want us to keep running it. Send us your details and you’ll get a scoped plan and a price. We also have dedicated pricing for startups, which we work with extensively.
